If an eSIM cannot be activated or used properly due to technical issues caused by RedteaGO, users may apply for a refund or replacement eSIM.
Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Users are required to cooperate with RedteaGO in troubleshooting and provide necessary supporting materials upon request, including but not limited to device screenshots and error messages.
If users fail to provide the required information or refuse to cooperate with troubleshooting, RedteaGO reserves the right to reject the refund or replacement request.
All plans have a clearly defined validity period. Once expired, any unused data, SMS, or call minutes will be automatically forfeited and are non-refundable, non-extendable, and non-transferable.
RedteaGO is only responsible for fees directly charged through its platform. RedteaGO shall not be liable for any expenses incurred from the use of backup SIM cards, hotel phones, third-party roaming services, or any other services not directly billed to a RedteaGO account, nor for any issues or costs arising from purchases made through unofficial channels (including but not limited to resale platforms or private transactions).
If there is reasonable evidence of service abuse, violation of terms, or fraudulent activity, RedteaGO reserves the right to deny refunds and restrict the relevant account’s usage.
If unauthorized purchases are suspected, users must immediately notify RedteaGO. During the investigation, RedteaGO reserves the right to suspend the relevant account.
If users dispute any charges, they must submit a written complaint within 10 days of the charge, including detailed explanations. Late submissions may not be accepted by RedteaGO.
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or RedteaGO services shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for arbitration.
RedteaGO reserves the right to modify, supplement, or remove these terms at any time. The updated terms will be published on the official RedteaGO website or application and will take effect upon publication.
Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
Any notices under these terms will be sent via email or published on the website/application and shall be deemed properly delivered in accordance with applicable law.
